NH Refund and Return Policy

At NH, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • – You have 1 calendar days to return an order from the date you received it.
    – A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
    – Certain types of ride bookings are exempt from being returned, such as:
      • Protocols Booking
      • Wedding Bookings
      • Private jet airport drop off

2. Refunds

– Once we receive your cancelation request, CS team will generate an initial cancelation request and notify you of the status of your refund.
– If your cancelation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
– The credit will be processed within 45 business days, depending on your payment provider.
– 20% Cancellation charges applied on every cancellation

3. Trip Exchanges

Trip exchange can be possible with 10% exchange charges.
